Particularly good location, brand-new rooms, comfy. Location in Palermo. Really close to restaurants as well as transport and lots of shopping and eating places.

i had a comfortable 8 nights stay in buenos aires. location was magnificent and best possible, next to ecopark. it was located in a great area and near everything.

there is kitchenette, making us feel at home. liked central heating, an iron and a coffee/tea maker available.

They were easy to communicate with and made navigating the city a breeze. the apartment itself was beautiful and the facilities were modern. the pool area was fantastic and our balcony on the seventh floor provided a perfect spot to relax at night. the bed was very comfortable and the shower had instant hot water. the building had a good elevator and a nice reception area. the pictures of the room matched the actual space, which was a pleasant surprise. We were able to leave our luggage after checkout without any extra cost and the 24-hour reception was convenient. The room was also quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. Cons: Couldn't fault. 🌟.

The location was perfect, close to transit and within walking distance to many attractions. The attached cafe was a nice addition. The solarium and balcony were beautiful. The water pressure and hot water in the shower were great.

The location was absolutely fantastic with an incredible array of restaurant and bar options all within easy walking distance. It was mind-blowing to have a money exchange so close by, making currency exchange a breeze. The sunny apartment was super cozy, and the convenience of having a washing machine on the ground floor was jaw-dropping, especially since tokens were readily available for both the washers and dryers. Despite the security guys not speaking English, check-in went smoothly and the keys were waiting for us after they took our passport details. Both lifts worked like a charm, and Natalia and Tamara were always there to help with any questions we had. Having an onsite office during working hours was a game-changer, and the option to store our luggage was a huge plus. All in all, our stay was absolutely fantastic, and we can't wait to return.

I had a fantastic stay at Ayres Apartments Palermo. The location was excellent, with plenty of shopping and eating places nearby. The apartment itself was spacious and the beds were great. The kitchen was equipped with everything I needed, including a hot plate and microwave. The 24-hour security provided peace of mind, and check-in was a breeze, even though I arrived late at night. Plus, as an international visitor, I didn't have to pay VAT tax when using a credit card for payment. I highly recommend this hotel.

The gym and recreational spaces could use some improvement, with more equipment and activities to offer.
